This 2-hour clinic with Personal Trainer Julie Bailis is designed to teach you how to row efficiently and include rowing as part of your workout routine.

What you'll learn:

-Rowing technique for max efficiency
-How to include the rower in your workouts (not just warm-ups!)
-How to program the rower for specific workouts (intervals, distance, sprints)
