Strength Training clients are welcome to train with our coaches 5 days / week during our Open Coaching Hours:
Mon to Fri: 7:00am –10:00am
Mon & Wed: 1:00pm –4:30pm
Not able to make it during coaching hours?
Train anytime the gym is open following your personalized training plan in the MyCoach app included with your Strength Coaching membership.

Nope — you're never locked into a long-term contract, but we do ask for a 12 week commitment for new clients.
Training takes time and consistency to deliver results. Committing to at least 12 weeks helps ensure you get the most from your training and a real benefit from your investment.
