  • Day passes — Day passes are non-transferable and valid only for the date or period specified at purchase.

  • Gift cards — Gift cards are non-refundable and have no expiration date. They can be used toward memberships, day passes, or other Ascent products and services. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies vary by product type. For membership-related questions, please refer to your membership agreement or contact us directly. Day passes and gift cards are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

If you believe a charge was made in error, reach out to us and we'll make it right.

5. User-Generated Content

If you post reviews, comments, or other content on our website or through our platforms, you're responsible for what you share. By posting, you confirm that your content:

  • Is accurate and your own original work (or you have the right to share it)
