Flowbility

This class goes beyond typical flow yoga, incorporating increased mobility alongside traditional yoga movements. Emphasizing the positioning of the ribcage and pelvis, it explores how their dynamic relationship significantly influences your movement potential. The intuitively designed class aims to create space within the body, challenge the mind, and soothe the spirit. Though not a traditional vinyasa, it maintains a flowing nature.

Mobility

This class focuses on improving your range of motion, joint health, and overall body awareness. In Motion

Our dynamic HIIT class with Mason is designed to challenge and energize you year-round! During the winter months, we take the workout indoors to the yoga studio, where you’ll power through a high-intensity workout focused on building strength, boosting endurance, and elevating your heart rate. As the weather warms up, we move outside to our turf. This efficient, 45-minute class is perfect for all fitness levels—get ready to sweat, grow, and push your limits.
