This workshop focuses on how strength training, mobility, and proper recovery strategies can help prevent common running injuries and improve overall running performance. Participants will learn functional exercises and tools to build strength, improve stability, and reduce stress on commonly injured areas such as the knees, hips, ankles, and lower back.


This is an interactive opportunity to ask questions, review specific exercises, and gain individualized tips to help you train smarter, stay healthy, and become a stronger, more resilient runner!
