TUNEUP

A series of climbing technique classes designed to help you to progress in your climbing.

FOOTWORK

Practice efficient movement with an Ascent instructor. This class will teach you how to take weight off of your arms and power up through your legs. A great place to start for anyone climbing V1 or higher.

MOVEMENT

Progress in your climbing through quality movement. In this class you’ll practice different techniques for moving your center of gravity and keeping your self balanced on the wall. Perfect for climbers who climb V1 or higher, looking for ways to progress.

DYNAMIC CLIMBING

Reach new heights and master the art of jumping on the wall! This workshop will guide you through the essentials of executing dynos (jumps) with confidence and control. A wonderful class for climbers who climb V3 or higher, looking to improve their hops!

PROJECTING

Send your projects and have fun doing it! A project is a climb that takes more than a few tries and is generally above your current limit. Projecting like the rest of climbing involves a lot of skill. A fun time for climbers who climb V4 or higher.

BOULDERING 101

New to rock climbing and need an orientation on the basics to get you started? We've got you covered! During this 30-45min introductory course, our experienced staff will show you the fundamentals of climbing in our facility.

RATES

Bouldering 101 included free with membership or day pass.

All other classes $25 per person.
Guests (non-members) must purchase a Day Pass.
Rental equipment is included for each class.
