FAQ’s

  • Personal Training Plus members are welcome to use the gym anytime during regular business hours.

    Personal Training Coaches will be available:

    • Mon to Fri: 7:00am –10:00am

    • Mon & Wed: 1:00pm –4:30pm

  • Nope! You’re never trapped in a lengthy contract.

    Personal training does take some time and commitment to show results. We recommend at least 12 weeks of commitment to get the most from your time and investment.

    Cancellations are permitted after the first month — we simply ask that you cancel in advance via the Update Membership form on our website, at least 24 hours before billing. Note: We do not provide refunds for non-use or failure to cancel.

    Schedule a Gym Tour & Discovery call so that we can share our program info with you and learn more about your goals, fitness history, and availability.

    Discovery Tours are always free and there’s no pressure or obligation to sign up if its not a good fit.
