Staying in the ice bath for too long can be dangerous. Listen to your body and know your limits to avoid injury.
Reccommended Dunk Times
For beginners: Start with 1-2 minutes.
For experienced users: 5-8 minutes is typically recommended.
Please come prepared with a bathing suit and a towel. Ascent can provide one towel per participant, please bring an additional towel for drying off, saunaing, or showering.
