Intuitive Climbing Workshop
Mechanics and technique are essential to our development as climbers, and yet we don't really talk about using our intuition.
This 90-minute workshop helps climbers of all levels move beyond overthinking, self-doubt, and performance anxiety by reconnecting with their bodies and natural movement instincts.
Through guided discussion, mindfulness, light journaling, and a little playful on-the-wall exploration, participants will explore how to climb with more presence, confidence, and curiosity. The focus is on breath- and body-led movement, intuition, and rediscovering the joy of climbing — rather than grades or performance. Climbers will leave with practical tools to trust their bodies, release the pressure, and climb with greater clarity and enjoyment.
This session will be led by climber Rachel and an Ascent instructor, blending athlete insight with structured instruction and hands-on support.
