In this 2-hour hands-on clinic, we’ll break down the barbell bench press so you can lift with more confidence, better form, and increased strength.

    -Bench press rack set-up
    -Bench Press Technique
    -How to choose the right weight and rep range for your goals
    -Dumbbell variations to mix things up (and still get strong)
    -How to program bench into your routine, no matter your experience level
