Sound Bath Meditation w/ Elly

Come as you are to join Elly Kace for a sound meditation. We’ll begin with mantra and breathwork, followed by a long guided savasana and a journey through crystal singing bowls, harmonium, and sung sound bath. Wear comfortable clothing and bring whatever helps you feel cozy and relaxed—your favorite sweatshirt, a small journal, a crystal, or a blanket. Or just bring yourself!

Bio - Elly Kace is a musical mystic, certified sound healing/yoga/meditation facilitator, singer and music producer based in Brooklyn, NY. Her life as a classically trained singer combined with over 20 years of yoga practice has given her a unique and deep understanding of the power of the human voice in relation to meditation, nervous system regulation and soul retrieval. Having completed multiple accredited, advanced yoga teacher trainings and sound meditation certifications, Kace offers intuitively based energy work and sound healing in both group and private settings. Her work is rooted in ancient yogic practices, old italian school acoustic singing and deep listening with a focus on radical self acceptance. She utilizes her sound healing intentionality in her original indie pop music by incorporating sound healing instruments and intentions. This music can be found on all streaming platforms as a tool outside the yoga room.
